Privacy notice
Effective October 5, 2026
Agrosource Group operates Heather, an internal business assistant for authorized team members. This notice covers Heather’s marketing workflow and this public information site. It does not describe every service on Agrosource Group’s main website.
Information used by Heather
Authorized users provide instructions, campaign copy, business documents and selected images. Depending on the enabled connection and granted permissions, Heather accesses company account identifiers, account names, published content and related metadata. Supported publishing sends the reviewed copy and selected media to the chosen platform and stores the resulting publication identifiers or links.
Account authorization supplies credentials or access tokens. Heather’s existing connections store credentials using Windows-user encryption and restricted file permissions. Heather also stores conversation history, campaign drafts, approvals, publication results and operational audit records. Those records do not all use the same encryption as credentials.
Why information is processed
Heather uses information to prepare and revise business content, answer authorized requests, verify connected accounts, execute supported approved actions, and maintain a record of the work. Relevant user instructions, selected source material and retrieved information may be sent to OpenAI for AI-assisted processing. Platform-specific restrictions continue to apply; this notice does not authorize broader use of platform data.
Publishing to Facebook or Instagram requires approval of the specific content and a separate release. The intended audience can then view that content according to the platform and account settings. Users should review content before approving its disclosure.
LinkedIn connection status
LinkedIn integration is being configured for publishing company campaign content. The planned connection is not for browsing or reviewing content from other people. Heather does not currently retrieve data from or publish through the LinkedIn API. Any future connection requires LinkedIn approval where applicable, account authorization and an implemented workflow. This notice will be updated to describe the enabled access before that integration is put into operation. LinkedIn passwords must not be supplied to Heather.
Service providers and disclosure
Information is processed by the services needed for an authorized operation: OpenAI for AI-assisted work; the connected social platform for account access and publication; and connected document or design services when their content is selected. Privacy questions sent by email are handled through Agrosource Group’s email service. This public site is hosted with OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure.
Each provider also handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. See OpenAI’s privacy policy, Meta’s privacy policy and LinkedIn’s privacy policy.
Storage and deletion
Heather’s saved conversations, campaigns, artifacts and audit history can persist beyond a single session. The current marketing workflow does not apply an automatic age-based deletion schedule. Removing access to a connected account does not automatically erase copies already saved in Heather, provider systems or backups.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you. Please identify the account or material involved without sending passwords or access tokens. Requests require review of the relevant records, identity and applicable obligations; this is a manual process, not an automatic deletion feature. We will explain any limitation that prevents completing a request, including records held by another provider.
Your choices
Authorized account administrators can revoke an application’s access through the relevant platform’s account settings and contact Agrosource Group to disconnect it from Heather. Revocation prevents access under that authorization; it does not delete an already published post. Contact us separately about saved records or public content.
Visits to this public site
These pages contain no visitor accounts, submission forms, advertising tags or site-authored analytics scripts. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect the site.
